Many webmasters see Panda as a type of Google penalty—but it's not, really. Panda is a collection of measurements Google is taking of your web pages to try and give your pages a rating on how happy users are likely to be with those pages. A good page titles is probably one of the most important SEO strategies for one page SEO. You should include your niche keyword in each of your page titles and if possible your H1. If you maintain a blog, of course you want the traffic to your blog to grow. But what if it doesn’t? What if the traffic to your blog is (slightly) decreasing? What do you do? Your goal should be to create links to individual posts/pages along with those leading to your homepage.
Are all links the same?
Keyword selection requires its due consideration. You do not want to select a common, albeit popular, keyword featured in various other contents as it dilutes your visibility. Conversely, you do not want to choose a keyword that is so vague that your content becomes almost non-existent for the users. A search engine results
page (SERP) typically contains 10 Web results for a query. Infographics are candies for our brains. They’re engaging, catch our attention and make information consuming faster. In fact, infographics are liked and shared 3x more on social media than any other type of content. Some Google searches show a descriptive box at the top of the search results. Google calls these boxes 'featured snippets' because unlike their regular web listings, the page's description (the 'snippet') comes first.
Your site speed isn’t important
If your website can't be found on Google, it basically does not exist. It is very important to be listed on Google if you want to get customers through the Internet. Consider writing a piece
of guest content, not for your own site but for a relevant, external site. As part of the deal, agree that you may include a link to your site Why are links so important? Firstly, links are the connecting paths of the internet, the primary way to move from one site to another. Secondly, a link from one site to another acts as a citation – evidence that the target site is useful or interesting in some way. Search engines view these citations as a sign of authority. People spend very little time engaging with content.
Invest in Great Content
You can also build a reasonable idea of how many links you need, and how authoritative, in order to compete. To check out your competitors’ links, you can search for their most popular URLs with the link: command in Google. If you want to go further, use one of the many backlink tools to search for the most influential links – a good starting point is Open Link Profiler which gives you a lot of data for free. In business, every strategy and campaign must yield measurable, significant ROI. If it is something that won’t help grow your business, you won’t do it. Because the ROI from SEO is slow in arriving, many small business owners feel that SEO doesn’t have any significance and therefore they relegate it to a lower priority. Do
you have enough pages around a specific topic area that it would
make sense to create a page describing these related pages (e.g. root
page -> related topic listing -> specific topic)? Do you have hundreds
of different products that need to be classified under multiple
category and subcategory pages? According to Gaz Hall, a UK SEO Consultant
: "Vertical search is the term people sometimes use for specialty or niche search engines that focus on a limited data set. Examples of vertical search solutions provided by the major search engines are image, video, news, and blog searches"
Local SEO and Listings
A content hub is a set of content (usually web pages) organized around a specific topic (usually a central page). It could be a category on a blog or a section of pages on a website. A URL is more
important than you may think it is. Your website’s URL structure is like a math formula — when followed properly it will give you the right answer. As search engine algorithms adjust to accommodate the change in content, likely towards video, it will be important for marketers to optimize their content accordingly in order to best increase overall organic traffic. Removing bad backlinks can help improve your site's ranking on Google. Not only do low-quality links reduce your website’s credibility, but they may also result in Google penalties
(link is external)
that will drop your site down the rankings.
